Breakfast burger... lunch burger... dinner burger... you be the judge!
The Ultimate Breakfast Burger
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Servings: 3
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon
3 frozen hashbrowns
3 eggs
3 brioche buns
6 slices cheddar cheese
3 tbs butter
Directions
Preheat griddle to medium heat. Cook bacon over medium heat.
While bacon cooks, toast the buns in melted butter. Remove from griddle.
Remove bacon once cooked to liking. Fry hashbrowns in bacon grease until golden brown on each side. While hashbrowns cook, assemble burger patties and season with seasoning of choice. Once hashbrowns are done, remove from griddle.
Increase heat to medium high. Place burger patties down on griddle. While burgers cook, fry eggs to liking. Remove from griddle.
Flip burger patties and top with cheese. Continue to cook until done to liking.
Assemble burgers and enjoy!
