Perfect for cooking for a crowd on a griddle!
Fried Rice
Prep time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
3-4 lbs steak of choice
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
One bottle of Tony Chachere’s steakhouse marinade
8 cups of cooked rice
4 zucchini
4 squash
2 sweet onions diced
1 can of peas
Soy sauce
1 tbs ginger paste
1 tbs minced garlic
8 tbs butter
8 beaten eggs
Directions
Prep meat. Place steaks in a container to marinate them. Pour about 3/4 of bottle of Tony’s steakhouse marinade over the steaks. Pour remaining of bottle over shrimp. Let marinate for atleast 30 minutes. Quarter and slice the squash and zucchini. Add to a bowl. Add 4 tbs of soy sauce, ginger paste, and minced garlic to bowl. Stir to combine.
Heat griddle to medium high heat. Leave one side of the griddle on low heat. Sauté diced onions with some butter until softened and browned. Set them to low heat side. Add squash and zucchini. Sauté for a few minutes and then move to low heat side.
Turn up one burner to high heat. Add steak. Cook for a couple minutes to get a good sear and then flip. Cook for a couple more minutes. Slice into bite size pieces. It’s okay if the meat is still a little raw. It will co tone to cook when we mix everything together. Move to low heat side.
Add shrimp. Cook for a few minutes until til cooked thoroughly. Move to low heat side.
Turn griddle down to medium heat. Add remaining butter and let melt. Add in cooked rice. Add onions, soy sauce, and peas to rice. Cook for a minute or two. Make a hole in the middle and add beaten eggs. Cook until eggs are scrambled.
Add steak, shrimp, and veggies. Stir to combine. Top with some yum yum sauce and enjoy!
Ingredients for YumYum Sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs ground mustard seasoning
1 tbs ginger paste
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs sesame seeds
2 tbs honey
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Place in fridge for atleast 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
