These are phenomenal and so easy! A great side or appetizer.
Corn Fritters

Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn drained
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tbs sugar
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
1 jalapeño deseeded and diced
4-6 strips of bacon diced and browned
Tony Chachere’s original seasoning to taste
Honey
Directions
In a skillet, cook diced bacon until browned. Remove from skillet and save grease.
In a mixing bowl, add corn, milk, flour, sugar, jalapeño, and Tony’s. Stir to combine. Add cheese and bacon and fold into mixture.
Add a little bit of bacon grease back to skillet and heat to medium heat. Add a dollop of the corn fritter mixture to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes per side or until browned to liking.
Remove from skillet and drizzle with honey! Enjoy!
