
Jalapeño popper cheesy bread

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 loaf of French bread
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 lb bacon diced and browned
4 jalapeños deseeded and diced
2 blocks cream cheese
8 slices pepper jack cheese
Instructions:
Light charcoal grill.
Slice top half of loaf of bread off and remove most of the inside portions of bottom half. This will help make a pocket for the cream cheese filling to sit.
Combine cream cheese and diced and browned bacon in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Place cream cheese mixture in bread. Top with deseeded and diced jalapeños. Top with sliced pepper jack cheese.
Next, take breakfast sausage and form it over the cheese until it covers it all. It will essentially be a very thin patty on top of the cheese.
Place on grill with breakfast sausage side down. Cook over coals until browned.
Flip and move bread away from coals and continue to cook indirectly until breakfast sausage is done.
Remove from grill, slice and enjoy!
